Phillip Duke is the founder/owner of Lucky Draw Tattoos. Phillip brings many years of tattoo experience.

Phillip was tired of working for others. I had enough knowledge and my wife was graduating from Kennesaw State University with an MBA in business so we gave it a shot andbought the shop I worked at, Lucky 13 Tattoo. This was in 2000. We kept it going untilthe lease ran up and they ran us out of historic Kennesaw. The shop was grandfatheredin so when it was gone that was it for the downtown district
