Phillip cites his influences as "mainly old-school cats like Tramp, Jack Rudy, Tony Olivas, Albee from Black Cat, Brian Everett, Gill Montie, Tom Painter, Painless Paul, Scotty, Mike Krango, Glen Schmidt, Tattoo Lou, and The Illustrator. Also newer impressive artists like DJ Minor, Deano Cook, Jason McCarty, Eric Merrill, Dave Fox, Cory Kruger, Joe Cap, Brandon Bond. I could name a lot more artists that deserve props but that list would never end."

Ena has been tattooing since Fall of 2008. She apprenticed under Phillip Duke and has remained at Lucky Draw since. When asked what her favorite thing is to tattoo, she immediately responds, "lettering." She is quite proficient with her penmanship and calligraphy and delivers the cleanest of linework. Ena has been drawing and painting her entire life and specializes in portraits and pointillism. She is currently pursuing her dream in the field of portrait tattooing; as well as body piercing.

A Graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Ga. Boaty has extensive experience in Graphic Design And Sequential Art as well as layout and composition. He has been tattooing for 3 years and last worked at Southside Tattoo in Atlanta, Ga. His focus is mainly on stylized realism, but is willing to accommodate any style. He also specializes in Cover-ups.

Earl Noble has been tattooing since 2006. Since he was at a young age he has always been interested in art design and drawing, wether, it was free hand on notebook paper or painting in his freetime. He started working at Lucky Draw out of Acworth, Ga in 2005. He was an apprentice under Phillip Duke and had many great teachers during his apprenticship. To mention a few, Phillip Duke, DJ Minor, Travis Kelly and Chris Cooper. Since than, he has traveled from coast to coast tattooing in places such as AE Tattoo in Dallas,Tx and other various guest spots. He returned back to his stomping grounds with great achivements on his travels. You can now find him back at Lucky Draw Tattoo. His years of learning has made him find a great talent in new school realism but enjoys just about anything that is interesting and challenging to tattoo.

Tyler has been tattooing for a year after just recently completing his apprenticeship here at Lucky Draw under Phillip and the rest of the crew. Tad Coleman started tattooing in the summer of 2005 at Vertigo Tattoo on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He tattooed there for four years before moving back to his home town here in Atlanta. 16-5-71 G: It shall be unlawful for any person to tattoo the body of a person under the age of 18. Any person violating the provisions of subsection of the code section shall be guilty of a midemeanor.
16-12-5G (a): As used in this Code section, the term "tattoo" means to mark or color the skin of any person by pricking in, inserting, or implanting pigments. (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to tattoo the body of any person within any area within one inch of the nearest part of the eye socket of such person. Any person who violates this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
