Each Lucky Draw Tattoo & Piercing Studio offers award winning artists and piercers. As a standard with all Lucky Draw locations, our studios are the cleanest in town. We will work with you every step of the way to answer any question you may have: before, during and after your procedure.
Each artist is certified in blood borne pathogens, first aid and CPR & Approved by the Environmental health dept of GA

This is the newest of all Lucky Draw studios Relocated in June ’09 from Acworth, this brand new studio offers a professional friendly atmosphere and sterile environment . Lucky Draw II is located in Hiram/Dallas, GA on Atlanta Hwy, in Paulding Co. Lucky II offers award winning artist with great skills and various styles. This studio is where the owner & award winning artist Phillip Duke tattoos (by appointment only). The main tattoo museum and gallery is also set up at this studio. This studio also offers one of the best piercers in the state to service your piercing needs.

16-5-71 G: It shall be unlawful for any person to tattoo the body of a person under the age of 18. Any person violating the provisions of subsection of the code section shall be guilty of a midemeanor.
16-12-5G (a): As used in this Code section, the term "tattoo" means to mark or color the skin of any person by pricking in, inserting, or implanting pigments. (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to tattoo the body of any person within any area within one inch of the nearest part of the eye socket of such person. Any person who violates this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
