Lucky Draw II is located in Hiram/Dallas, GA on Atlanta Hwy, in Paulding Co. Lucky II offers award winning artist with great skills and various styles. This studio is where the owner & award winning artist Phillip Duke tattoos (by appointment only). The main tattoo museum and gallery is also set up at this studio. This studio also offers one of the best piercers in the state to service your piercing needs.
